The “Authentic Italian Table Series”, a series of diverse cooking labs, is part of the greater “Extraordinary Italian Taste” campaign – a promotional and educational project conceived by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, in collaboration with Assocamerestero (Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad). Within “The Authentic Italian Table Series” context, on May 11, 13 and 14 in Los Angeles, the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce West (IACCW) will present three events dedicated to the incomparable flavors of the Italian cuisine.

Italy’s most celebrated pizza maestro, Enzo Coccia, on May 11 at “Luigi al teatro” restaurant, will join Michelin Star Chef, Luigi Fineo, for a one night only, four hands dinner featuring a one-of-a-kind menu, which will highlight Coccia’s world-famous “Pizza Fritta” and Fineo’s renowned seafood creations.

May 13 will be a whole day dedicated exclusively to one of the most iconic Italian products with the event  called “A Tutta Pizza”. Hosted at the Palladium in Hollywood, from 8 AM to 5 PM, the event will give to participants the opportunity to discover all the secrets of Italian culinary culture, involving simple traditions and authentic ingredients. Special guests such as master pizzaiolo Coccia and World Champion Pizza-maker and Neapolitan Pizza Ambassador in the United States Toni Gemignani, will host panel discussions and workshops, where it will be possible to gain insight into the art of Neapolitan Pizza making.

On May 14, instead, Italy’s “king of Neapolitan pizza” Coccia’s masterpieces will be offered in a multi-course menu created together with chef Craig Towe at the “Sotto” restaurant.
