MILANOFW1The appointment with Men’s Fashion Week in Milan in the recent years has increasingly gained importance thanks to the extraordinary work of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion, which aims to confirm Milan as one of the capitals of the fashion system, with Paris, London and New York.

In this direction, one of the most successful initiatives is the collaboration with international bloggers; their job is to photograph and document the fashion shows. This year the chosen blogger is Lee Oliveira, one of the top influencers of the street-style and currently photo reporter for the New York Times Fashion. He attends all major Fashion Weeks in the world and his portfolio of collaborations includes: Gucci, Diesel, Tod’s, Levi’s, Valentino and Paul Smith to name a few.
In addition to the fashion shows during Milan Men’s Fashion Week there are many exclusive after-parties and cocktail parties on the agenda, which are strictly by invitation. The full list of shows and events is available on the website of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion. It is also possible to follow the live streaming of the shows on the fashion houses’ sites.
