The product of Roberto Rinaldini and Micaela Dionigi’s vision will open in Milan near Piazza della Scala on April 12th.

Rinaldini Pastry’s expansion project is based on two elements: the innate and recognized talent of Roberto Rinaldini, defined by international colleagues “the most French of the Italian pastry chefs”, and the entrepreneurial skills of Micaela Dionigi, one of the most important exponents Italian entrepreneurs.

Roberto Rinaldini, three times world champion in the arts of Pastry and Ice Cream and recognized among the 100 best pastry-chefs in the world by the prestigious international association Relais Dessert, explains: “The city of Milan, the city of fashion, economy, finance, culture, and innovation had to be the starting point for this ambitious project. The goal is to win palates over with the emotions given by my creations. Light, determined, and elegant flavors, that perfectly meet the Milanese good taste and sophistication. A place capable of welcoming the demanding customer who lives in, or frequents, this city and who will have the opportunity to taste the quality of my sweet and savory proposals. Micaela Dionigi is a successful Italian entrepreneur, President of Gruppo SGR Società Gas Rimini – active in the Energy sector – and has significant experience in starting up and consolidating entrepreneurial initiatives, who committed to the Maestro’s enthusiasm and passion deciding to invest in this venture in the food sector. The entrepreneur commented on this first opening saying: “The first chapter of an extraordinary project, in an industry in which our country has always been competitive, had to necessarily begin in the most cosmopolitan and growing city in the current Italian economic landscape. Milan, symbol of the international inclination of the Made in Italy is the starting point, the springboard, of an initiative that make our experience and our resources available to Roberto’s talent.”

The Rinaldini Concept Stores are designed like a real food fashion boutique, where contemporary luxury relies on the use of refined materials such as marble and brass, and sophisticated lighting technology. Everything is designed to create a dialogue, an atmosphere that is coherent with Roberto’s creations, which are real “collections” that make the location unique and inimitable. The Milan store is developed vertically, with a laboratory that will guarantee the finish of the productions, a sales floor with a large display counter full of delicacies, and a second floor for the table service. All in the name of customers’ emotional experience through taste and vision.

Rinaldini store offers luxury for everyone, there every proposal is a unique creation, a masterpiece of artisan tailoring. The proposals range from “MacaRAL®” to “GnamBelline®”, from design cakes, including the award-winning “Venere Nera®”, to cakes from the “Dessert in the City®” collection with the ever-present “Torta Milano”. To complete the sweet menu, the confectionery, pralines, and a rich selection of dessert-à-porter for every type of event.
