The Summer Fancy Food Show, organized by Specialty Food Association, is the largest specialty food and beverage trade event in North America, and the foremost showcase for industry innovation. This year, the exhibition took place from June 25 to June 27 at Javits Center in New York and it featured 180,000 specialty foods and beverages from 2,400 exhibitors.
For the 2017 edition, the Italian Pavilion, with over 300 exhibitors divided into 284 different stands, was again an important part of the Fancy Food Show hosting 12% of the total exhibitors. Here Italy was represented, and presented to the US market, by its food and beverage excellences.
